The Coface Arena is a multipurpose stadium located in Mainz, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Due to the sponsorship deal, this stadium was initially named as Coface Arena and after the deal, this stadium became known as Opel Arena with a new sponsorship deal. In July 2021, the latest sponsorship deal with the MEWA Textil-Service was finalized, and the stadium was renamed Mewa Arena. This stadium is the home ground of Mainz 05 and Germany national football team for selected matches. The Mewa Arena started to be built in 2009 and opened its gates for the public on 3rd July 2011. The construction cost of the stadium was € 60 million and was designed by Dr. Axel Nixdorf and Niederberghaus & Partner. This stadium is owned by the Grundstücksverwaltungsgesellschaft der Stadt Mainz mbH (GVG) and operated by 1. FSV Mainz 05 e.V. • Lotto Rheinland-Pfalz-Tribune: This stand is located on the west side of the stadium, and it is the short side of the stadium. This stand is located behind the goals.

Mewa Arena Parking Map

Mewa Arena parking has a large number of parking spaces available. Game day parking is not easy to find, and stadium parking is quickly filled on match days. Visitors are advised to reach the stadium early to secure a parking space at the stadium. The stadium charges a nominal parking fee of €5 per car. Mainz is the environmental zone; therefore in Mainz, only green badge cars are allowed to enter.

The exhibition center is also another parking option available near the stadium, where visitors can park their cars and take the shuttle service to reach the stadium.
